THE STORY BEHIND
A traditional Faroese knitting pattern, called “Rokkarnir,” published in the book Føroysk bindingarmynstur in 1932 by Hans Marius Debes — a tailor who did a remarkable job collecting traditional Faroese knitting patterns to ensure that they would continue to inspire generations of knitters.
